An artist capable of extrapolating the infinite potential of the material, Karen Macher Nesta arrives in Apulia through a long intercontinental journey made simple by her predisposition to work in residencies throughout the world, during which she comes into close contact with manufacturing practices and characteristic elements of the environment.
During MANIBUS, she confronted the stone that her hands sculpted in a close dialogue with the stone carver Giovanni Montanaro. Her art works construct a complex grammar within a choral exhibition of great strength and energy.
